How is the referral fee paid?
Broker to broker at closing, under a signed referral agreement. It's 25% of the commission our side receives on the transaction.
Do I need to be licensed?
Yes. Referral fees can only be paid to licensed real estate brokerages. If you're not licensed, reach out and we'll talk about other ways to say thanks.
What types of clients do you take?
Buyers and sellers across Miami-Dade and Broward, from first-time buyers and condos to luxury, investors and distressed properties.
What if the deal doesn't close?
Referral fees are paid only on closed transactions. The agreement covers your client for a set period, so if they buy later, you're still covered.
